Different regions eat different foods and in Indonesia, eating things like dog, snake, and grasshopper isn't unusual. As a boy, Obama ate what he was fed. As I child, I was fed cow tongue and I ate it. Stop acting like he's some psycho who shot the family dog and roasted it on a spit.
If you don't like his politics, that's fine. To each their own. But please, please, PLEASE stop trying to use stupid things like this to smear his name. Because it doesn't smear anything. It's shock value and it just shows how ignorant YOU are.

ReplyDeleteI think that it's important to put things like that in context. Like you said, he's not frying up the family dog lol.
ReplyDeleteAlso, it can be quite rude to reject the foods of other cultures. And perhaps he actually has a diplomatic one in his body and likes to encourage healthy relations between countries.
I guess that's a novel concept for leaders these days...
